RepInsight
RepInsight is a new type of continuous survey based on doctor's perception, but also concrete and exact data regarding visits by medical representatives. It uses Interactive-Voice-Response technology that enables doctors to answer all set of questions with open answers right after the visit while their memory is fresh. This type of survey is used to evaluate visit quality by measuring doctor's recall of the contend discussed during it and doctor's own perception of each visit and medical representative.
