Healthcare

Our GfK HealthCare team is a team of three members that have also worked together in HealthCare area before joining GfK group in 2007. Our experience is related to Rx drugs, OTC, Dental Care, HealthCare institutions and organisations, private HealthCare insurances and medical software development. As a member of the GfK group, we are continuously conducting international surveys for domestic and foreign clients.

In our surveys we use quantitative and qualitative methods. Some of these are IDIs, focus groups, creative groups, on-line groups, bulletin board, F2F, CATI, PATI, prescription diaries, on-line surveys. GfK has facilities for focus/creative groups in several centres in Croatia and live video streaming.

Our respondents are GPs, specialists, pharmacists, managers in Public Health institutions, medical representatives, patients and their households.

In our researches we always cooperate with highly educated assistants – GPs and/or pharmacists. Our interviewers and focus groups moderators are mostly medical students or psychologists.

Some area we have experience in are: cardiovascular, respiratory, GI, dermatology, osteoporosis, mygrene, diabetes, Women's Health, oncology, CNS, than anti-infective drugs and antibiotics, NSAIDs, antiasthmatics, antihypertensives, hypolipemics, oral contraceptives, and medical accessories and equipment.

Our surveys are always created with the client. We will lead you from the beginning, when you noticed a problem you have no solution to or questions you need answers to, through the analysis of the results and up to the concrete conclusions/suggestions/answers based on survey results.

We mostly conduct Ad Hoc surveys, tailored by/for each client separately, but we also offer some multiclient (syndicated) surveys.

To our present, but also our potential clients that have jet never done a market research with a research company we offer a free workshops in our facilities. In these workshops you can learn more about all kind of market research we offer and conduct. We suggest our "Creative Workshop" based on qualitative type of research - Creative groups in which you and your team participate in as a respondents. This type of workshop has been recognized by our clients and most of them has introduced or to our work in general or to even wider range of possibilities one market research can offer.
